To launch your Hopeful account, go to https://partner-app.hopefulinc.me/ in the browser and click on ‘Sign up.’

Fill in the necessary fields including the name of your organization, your designation, and email address.

We recommend you to use your official email address for login purposes.

Create a password that is hard to guess but easy to remember. It is recommended to change your password every 1-2 months. When changing your password, please use a minimum of 8 characters with a minimum of 1 Upper Case Letter, 1 Number, and 1 symbol.

While creating your account, at the top right corner, choose the language between English and French.

Click on ‘I agree with Terms, Privacy Policy’ and click sign up.

Hopeful supports integrations from Facebook, Google Analytics, Instagram, Twitter, and DonorPerfect so you can maximize your social media efforts for donor engagement.

You need a Facebook and Instagram organization/ business page to publish your stories. Hopeful does not allow you to connect personal social media profiles.


No. You need a Facebook business page to publish your stories. 

You cannot connect personal profiles with the Hopeful account. While using Hopeful and connecting your account with Facebook, make sure you login with the FB account which has admin access for the organization FB page.


The Hopeful platform is complete by itself and provides all basic functionalities built into it. You do not need any additional functionalities once you have launched your account.

Hopeful requires an operating system that can run the latest compatible web browsers. Your computer operating system should be kept up to date with the latest recommended security updates and upgrades.

To achieve the best performance, Hopeful should be used on the current or first previous major release of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

Because it’s built using web standards, Hopeful runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, or any other device with a modern web browser.

The Hopeful dashboard allows you to connect your social accounts for which you have the admin access to the page. You can connect only one page for any given social channel at one time.

For instance, if you have two organization pages or accounts with Facebook, you can connect any single one at one time.

The Hopeful dashboard is absolutely mobile-friendly. For quicker use, you can create the shortcut on your homepage and start publishing stories on your social pages through your phone. It provides you a smooth user experience on the go.

Sign in to your Hopeful account and go to your profile icon on the top left corner.

Click on ‘My Subscription’ to get information about your subscription.

To pay your monthly invoice, click on Manage Billing. Once you have made a transaction, you can also opt for automatic payment set up. Your monthly subscription amount will then be auto-debited during your billing cycle.

We would hate to see you leave, but if you need to cancel your account and end your subscription, you need to:

Sign in to your Hopeful dashboard and click on ‘My Subscription’ under your profile in the top left corner.

This section will also tell you when your on-going subscription is about to expire. If you cancel your subscription here, you will not be charged during your next billing cycle.

Hopeful pricing starts at $14.99 per month once your 14-Day Free Trial period ends.

This provides you with a basic plan and does not include social and web analytics, storytelling AI, reports scheduling, and post publishing/ scheduling. To avail of additional benefits, you can upgrade to a pro-subscription.

For all your donations through Hopeful, we retain a 5% nonprofit support fee. This helps us to .. and deliver more value to our partners.

Hopeful plans can be paid monthly or annually. It’s simple to get started and just as simple to cancel if you ever decide that Hopeful is not for you

Canceling is an easy process. It's done online right from your Hopeful Dashboard. Alternatively, you can even email us at [email protected] or reach us via online chat on our website.

There are none. All Hopeful plans include unlimited bandwidth and storage for free.

Hopeful analytics is a goldmine to get information about how you can engage and win your audience. By getting an overview of your post-performance in terms of likes, impressions, comments, and shares, you can optimize and orient it towards a specific campaign.

You can also track important information about your donors such as where they are located and how much your story was able to raise in a specific time period.

Hopeful analytics will also give you an overview of your users, the bounce rate on your posts, and the number of people who visited your page.

One of the best things about Hopeful is also that it needs minimal or no technical knowledge. Basic skills to navigate the software is all you need to drive your donations like a pro! Hopeful’s platform is very intuitive and easy to use with built-in tutorials.

As you go around the dashboard, you will experience the ease of navigation through easily accessible widgets, and user-friendly views that can be configured based on your preferences.

To gain more insights about your published social media stories and posts, log into your Hopeful account and go to Reports.

The Hopeful dashboard allows you to select the duration for which you want a generated report.
You can also configure your report for the social channel you want to at the left end of the page.

All your published reports will be reflected at the bottom of the page that says, ‘Scheduled Reports.
